Join us for a mesmerizing and rejuvenating experience. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls as they resonate through your body, promoting deep relaxation and balance. This in-person event will transport you to a state of tranquility and harmony. Let the vibrations of the crystal bowls wash away stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized. Every participant will receive a brief guidance card in a group setting after the sound bowl session. Don't miss this opportunity to restore your mind, body, and spirit. Reserve your spot now under classes and training tab.  Come join a small group of people in a inspirational time of peace through a sound bath and a soul's journey session. This will take place at Back 2 Balance in Port Orange. The session takes between an 60-70 mins and please arrive 5 minutes early. We may talk about mediumship, spirituality, Reiki and have time to answer questions. Please come with an open mind and heart=) Set aside time for you! We will lay/sit on yoga mats or sit in chairs for the sound bath (25 min). Mats are provided but you may bring your own if perferred. Then Jorie will pull a guidance card for anyone interested at the end of the frequency healing.
